BTS’s Jimin continues to make waves in the UK with his hit track “Who,” which has now cemented its place as one of the most enduring K-pop solo songs in British chart history.
For the week of January 16 to 22, “Who” maintained a strong presence, holding steady at No. 13 on the Official Singles Chart, the UK’s equivalent to the Billboard Hot 100. This marks the song’s 20th week on the chart, surpassing PSY’s “Gentleman” to become the second longest-charting K-pop solo track of all time. The only K-pop song to have charted longer remains PSY’s iconic “Gangnam Style,” which made global history in 2012.
In addition to its impressive chart run on the Official Singles Chart, “Who” is now the fourth longest-charting K-pop song overall, following “Gangnam Style,” BTS’s “Dynamite,” and FIFTY FIFTY’s “Cupid.”
This week, “Who” also re-entered the Official Singles Downloads Chart at No. 14 and the Official Singles Sales Chart at No. 17, while remaining strong at No. 22 on the Official Streaming Chart.
Jimin’s continued success is a testament to his global appeal and his impact on the international music scene. Congratulations to the artist on his remarkable achievement!
