Rock music icon Gene Simmons has added more shows to his 2025 solo band tour, expanding what began as a handful of appearances into a full 25-date trek. The tour, which kicks off April 3 in Anaheim, California, will now run through the end of May, wrapping up in Houston.
Simmons’ solo band includes a lineup of seasoned rock musicians, featuring guitarist Brent Woods (Sebastian Bach, Vince Neil), guitarist Jason Walker, and drummer Brian Tichy (Whitesnake, Billy Idol). While the performances still feature a significant portion of KISS classics, Simmons emphasized that the shows differ greatly from the larger-than-life theatrical elements associated with his iconic band.
In a recent appearance on Steve-O’s Wild Ride podcast, Simmons also hinted that his solo performances offer lucrative financial benefits.
