Red Velvet’s Irene and Seulgi are gearing up for their highly anticipated return to the Philippines, this time as part of the star-studded IAM K-POP concert on March 29, 2025, at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. The announcement was made by IAM LIVE, confirming the duo’s participation in what is being hailed as the “biggest K-pop event of the year.”
This marks their latest visit following their fan concert in Manila during the My, Dear ReVe1uv Fancon Tour in September 2024. Alongside Irene and Seulgi, the event will feature rising K-pop group RIIZE and the Filipino boy band HORI7ON, promising an exciting evening of performances.
Irene and Seulgi first made waves as a sub-unit in 2020 with their hit single “Monster.” Both members have also pursued successful solo careers, with Seulgi releasing her debut mini-album 28 Reasons in 2022, and Irene following with Like A Flower in November 2024. As part of Red Velvet, the group has delivered numerous chart-topping hits, including “Psycho,” “Bad Boy,” and “Happiness.”
