THLIPSIS has debuted the music video for “Servants of Apathy,” the title track of their highly anticipated new EP, set to release on January 25 via FYC Records. The video, directed by George Lamprakis of Barking Dog Productions, is now available to watch on Metal Addicts.
In a statement, the band explained that the EP is a dedication to the ongoing struggle of the Palestinian people, who continue to resist amid displacement, violence, and systemic injustices. The track “Servants of Apathy” examines modern society’s growing indifference to issues such as poverty, war, and the collapse of communities, criticizing a world filled with emotional detachment and societal decay.
Formed in 2021, THLIPSIS blends raw black metal with themes of rebellion, personal defiance, and the fight against societal corruption. Following their debut EP and the release of Dawn of Defiance in 2023, the band’s latest project intensifies their commitment to confronting the world’s darkness with unapologetic rage and unyielding intensity.
