Avant-garde death metal band Imperial Triumphant has premiered their new single “Lexington Delirium” from their upcoming album Goldstar, set for release on March 21 via Century Media Records. The track features guest spoken vocals by Tomas Haake, drummer of Meshuggah. A visually captivating music video, directed by Brendan McGowan, was filmed atop the iconic Chrysler Building in New York City.
The album, produced under the guidance of Colin Marston (Krallice), will feature several notable guest appearances, including legendary drummer Dave Lombardo (Mr. Bungle, ex-Slayer) and Yoshiko Ohara (Bloody Panda).
The band described the song’s themes as a reflection on the overwhelming surge of New Culture and the loss of organic posterity in a mechanical, cosmic future. The video, filmed at the Chrysler Building, encapsulates these sentiments, offering an ambitious visual experience that mirrors the track’s intensity and grandeur.
“We are beyond excited to share Goldstar in 2025. The music feels otherworldly, born from a deeper realm, and the video for ‘Lexington Delirium’ embodies that energy, capturing the essence of ambition and iconic architecture,” the band stated.
