Australian country music legend John Williamson is showing no signs of slowing down as he approaches his 80th birthday this November. The acclaimed artist revealed today plans for his 55th anniversary tour, aptly named 55 Years – My Travellin’ Days Are Done, and also shared details about his 21st studio album, How Many Days.
The tour will begin on January 24th at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, marking the first of many dates across Australia. Williamson will take the stage throughout 2025 and 2026, with performances scheduled in Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales, with additional dates expected to be announced soon.
Celebrating over five decades of music, Williamson continues to remain a vital figure in the Australian country scene, captivating fans with his timeless voice and storytelling.
