BTS members Jimin and Jungkook each won a 2025 BMI Pop Award in the U.S.
On May 13, BMI announced on its official website that both artists received the award in the category of Most Performed Songs of the Year. The awards ceremony took place in Los Angeles. This prize recognizes the top 50 songs most played on American radio, TV, and digital streaming platforms.
Jimin won for two songs: “Like Crazy,” the title track from his debut solo album Face, and “Who,” the lead single from his second album Muse.
Jungkook received the award for “3D,” a collaboration with rapper Jack Harlow, and “Standing Next to You,” the title track from his first solo album. Jungkook had also won the same award in 2023 for “Left and Right” with Charlie Puth and “Seven” last year.
BMI was founded in 1939 to manage music copyrights in the U.S. Every year, it honors artists and creators for their outstanding achievements in pop music.
