He is engaged to Brooke Sansone, Charlie Puth has announced.
The 31-year-old musician took to Instagram on Thursday to share the news.
“I flew to NYC to propose to my best friend and she said yes,” Charlie wrote alongside a series of photos of the couple celebrating their engagement at a Brooklyn, New York restaurant.
“I am the happiest, best version of myself. And it’s all because of you, Brookie. I love you endlessly forever and ever and ever,” he continued.
In the post, the We Don’t Talk Anymore hitmaker shared a close-up photo of the sparkling ring, which featured a large teardrop-shaped diamond on a simple band.
The comments section was flooded with congratulations from the artist’s friends and fans.
In December 2022, Charlie took to Instagram to confirm that he and Brooke were dating. The couple then made their red carpet debut at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Gala in Los Angeles in February.
“(She’s) someone I grew up with,” Charlie said in a 2022 interview on The Howard Stern Show, adding that it’s “nice” to be with someone he’s known for a “long time.”
