Buckcherry has unveiled ‘Set It Free’, the third single from their upcoming eleventh studio album Roar Like Thunder, set to release on June 13th via Earache Records. The music video, filmed in Los Angeles and directed by Tom Flynn, follows the band’s previous singles ‘Roar Like Thunder’ and ‘Come On’.
Roar Like Thunder was recorded in Nashville and produced by Marti Frederiksen, who also worked on the band’s past two albums, Hellbound and Vol. 10. The album will be distributed in North America by Round Hill, in Japan by Sony Japan, and worldwide by Earache Records.
Currently wrapping up a co-headlining tour across Canada with Steel Panther, Buckcherry will soon embark on a summer U.S. tour, with UK tour details to be announced shortly.
The two-time GRAMMY-nominated band has crafted an album packed with high-energy rock and roll. From the swaggering horns of ‘I Go Boom’ and the smooth riffs of ‘Blackout’, to the AC/DC-inspired stomp of ‘Come On’ and the frantic pace of the title track, Roar Like Thunder captures a band that delivers live rock’n’roll energy nearly every day of the year. The album was mastered by Anthony Focx (Metallica, Aerosmith).
