MINNEAPOLIS (WJON News) – A tribute show honoring George Michael, the legendary U.K. and international music icon, will return to Minnesota this fall. The Life and Music of George Michael will perform at the historic Pantages Theatre in Minneapolis on October 26.
The show celebrates Michael’s incredible career, including his time with Wham! alongside Andrew Ridgeley and his successful solo work. Fans can expect to sing and dance to some of Michael’s most iconic songs. Over his four-decade career, George Michael sold more than 115 million albums and won two Grammy Awards.
His debut solo album, Faith, produced four number-one hits: “Father Figure,” “Monkey,” “One More Try,” and the title track. Ticket sales have not yet been announced.
