German pop-rock band FLOYA has dropped the official music video for their latest single, “Cloud9,” marking their first release since the debut album Yume in March 2024. The new track was filmed in the vibrant cities of Tokyo and Osaka, Japan, adding an atmospheric backdrop to the song’s journey.
Describing the new single, FLOYA explains that “Cloud9” bridges the dreamlike sounds of Yume with a more intense, grounded energy for what’s to come. Lyrically, the song captures a moment of clarity: “I see you, I know who you are, but you’re not even in my orbit anymore.” It encapsulates a euphoric rush—a mix of celebration and transition—heralding a new, more grounded phase in FLOYA’s musical evolution.
