NuVoodoo, in collaboration with CRS, will present its latest research study on country music and radio at CRS 2025 on February 20. The study, titled The Country Fan – Reviewing, Retaining, and Recruiting Your Listeners, is based on a nationwide survey of 1,500 country music fans. It delves into the perceptions, behaviors, and preferences of listeners in the genre.
The research will cover a range of topics, including how country fans view the genre today, their listening habits, the platforms they use to stay connected with their favorite music, and their opinions on country radio in 2025.
In addition to the survey data, NuVoodoo has conducted in-depth interviews with fans to offer a more personalized understanding of the findings. The presentation will also feature new music testing results from over 400 country tracks, sampled from more than 700 fans, providing insights into which songs resonate most and are considered authentically country.
Carolyn Gilbert, CEO of NuVoodoo, said, “What do they think? How do they feel? About country radio? About country music? We asked a lot of questions, and we have answers. We look forward to seeing you at CRS.”
On-site registration for CRS 2025 will begin on February 19, with a walkup rate of $799.
