Legendary German thrash metal band Destruction has unveiled the spine-tingling music video for “A.N.G.S.T.,” a track from their highly anticipated new album Birth Of Malice, set for release in March via Napalm Records.
Bassist and vocalist Schmier offers insight into the track and its chilling visual counterpart, noting, “Our first-ever German song title is one of two distinct tracks on this album. I aimed to write a groovy, live-driven song with staccato riffs, evil vocals, and a dark, atmospheric tone.” The music video takes a horror movie approach, delving into natural fears to create a terrifying vibe that’s sure to leave viewers on edge. Schmier adds, “We want it to make you hit REPEAT and ask, ‘What was that? Let’s watch this freak show again!’ We hope it entertains and haunts you.”
With this new release, Destruction continues to push boundaries and deliver their signature blend of intensity and atmosphere.
