Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s children will remain in New York as the stars continue their divorce battle.

According to documents filed in Manhattan on Monday and obtained by the New York Post and People, the estranged couple’s two daughters must temporarily remain in the state.

The temporary restraining order also states that Joe and Sophie have both agreed to the temporary living arrangement for three-year-old Willa and their 14-month-old, whose name has not been released but whose initials are listed as DMJ.

“The parties have agreed to the entry of the attached proposed temporary restraining order… prohibiting the removal of the parties’ children from the jurisdiction of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York until further order of this court,” the documents reportedly read.

The stars have yet to comment on the settlement.

The news comes after Sophie sued Joe last week, accusing him of refusing to let their children return to their “forever home” in England. The British actress also claimed he withheld their passports.

Joe hit back, insisting their daughters were born in the U.S. and spend most of their time there.

The singer filed for divorce from Game of Thrones star Sophie in September after four years of marriage.

The divorce papers said the relationship was “irretrievably broken”.
