The Hop Country Music Festival is back, promising a weekend full of music, fun, and local culture. The festival will take place on Friday, September 12, and Saturday, September 13, at the SOZO Sports Complex in Yakima.
Country music fans will have the chance to see multi-platinum artist Justin Moore perform on Saturday night. Known for hits like “Point at You” and “Lettin’ The Night Roll,” Moore will headline the event. He’ll be joined by Ned LeDoux, a talented artist who blends his western roots with rock influences. Local favorites Cody Beebe & the Crooks, along with Austin Miller, will open the show for LeDoux.
On Friday, Southern rock legends 38 Special will take the stage. Famous for classics like “Hold On Loosely” and “Caught Up In You,” 38 Special will bring their timeless hits to Yakima. They will be joined by Generation Radio, a band led by Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts and Jason Scheff, the former lead singer of Chicago. Local group Englewood Heights will open the show for the second consecutive year.
Tickets for the festival will be available for purchase starting May 9. Early bird tickets will be on sale until May 26:
