Horsham’s new stage at the City Oval is set to host its first live music event, with Horsham Regfest making its debut next Saturday.
The festival will feature a star-studded lineup of country music performers, with the new stage serving as the backdrop for a day of exciting entertainment. Headliners include Adam Brand, Casey Barnes—fresh from winning a Golden Guitar Award—and Amber Lawrence, along with Sunny Cowgirls, Andrew Swift, Hayley Jensen, Gareth Leach, and Hazel and The Thief.
The diverse lineup promises to deliver an electric mix of country and rock music for all ages in a family-friendly setting. Festival organiser Scott Hollow emphasized that the event provides an opportunity for the Wimmera community to enjoy a top-tier music festival without having to travel.
“We’re thrilled to bring Regfest to Horsham for the first time,” he said. “The Wimmera is home to many passionate country music fans, and we aim to create an event that not only showcases fantastic artists but also brings people together to enjoy great music in a relaxed and fun environment.”
Horsham Mayor Ian Ross also expressed excitement about the festival. He highlighted how the event would not only provide excellent entertainment but also benefit local businesses and tourism.
“This festival will be a fantastic opportunity to attract visitors from near and far, creating a memorable day of music and community spirit,” he said.
