JENNIE is gearing up for another musical milestone, as the BLACKPINK soloist announces the upcoming release of her new single, “EXTRAL,” featuring rising rap star Doechii. The track is set to drop on February 21, 2025, at 12 PM EST/2 PM KST (1 PM PHST).
JENNIE revealed the news through a minimalist text-based video on her social media, which also showcased the artists’ names and the single’s title. This collaboration adds to the impressive list of features on JENNIE’s debut album, RUBY, which includes prominent artists like Dua Lipa, FKJ, Kali Uchis, Childish Gambino, and Dominic Fike.
JENNIE’s recent single “Love Hangover,” featuring Dominic Fike, made waves, debuting at No. 16 on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100. Additionally, she recently dropped a live performance video for “Love Hangover,” where she took over Fike’s verse, offering fans a glimpse of what to expect from RUBY, particularly from its JENNIE-only recordings in the album’s physical editions.
