Zach Top and Billy Strings are gearing up to release Me & Billy (Live), a new three-song project, on February 28, 2025. While no official announcement has been made by either artist, the album artwork and release date were seemingly leaked by Spotify. The title appears to be a reference to Strings’ 2022 album Me / And / Dad.
The project, which appears on Spotify with a tracklist of three songs, may be a wider release of a live EP that was previously exclusive to Apple Music. In November 2024, the duo dropped a three-song Apple Music Nashville Sessions live EP featuring Top’s “Bad Luck” and “Things to Do,” as well as a cover of Ricky Skaggs’ bluegrass classic, “Don’t Cheat in Our Hometown.” Me & Billy (Live) may bring these tracks to a broader audience for the first time.
