DJ Khaled is officially gearing up for the release of his 14th studio album, Aalam of God, sharing a dramatic seven-minute trailer to hype the project. The trailer, which showcases Khaled leaping from buildings to protect his album from a gang of robbers, sets the stage for what promises to be a high-stakes musical release.
The album title, which translates to “the word of God” in Arabic, is a nod to his son’s name, Aalam. Khaled teased major collaborations in the trailer, including Drake, who is “back to work,” and a potential track with Rihanna. With his bold declaration, “This not my last album, this my black album,” Khaled draws a parallel to Jay-Z’s iconic 2005 release, The Black Album. Fans can expect an epic journey when Aalam of God drops.
