Country music singer Marion Kelly from Limerick is vying to become Ireland’s next country music sensation on the popular show Glór Tíre. The long-running and highly successful series, now entering its 21st season, will air on Ireland’s TG4 in March and April 2025.
Kelly recently recorded the first four episodes of the season in front of a live audience on January 29 and 30, where she performed both solo and alongside her mentor, Co. Galway singer Mike Denver, a prominent figure in Irish country music.
Kelly is among the contestants competing for the title of Glór Tíre Country Music Champion 2025. She will face off against fellow contestants John Mullan (Derry/Tyrone), Erin Noone (Meath), Jack Larry (Donegal), Michaela Harkin (Donegal), Conor Owens (Fermanagh), Paddy Treacy (Fermanagh), and Jack Gladney (Carlow) in this exciting season.
