Coldplay has officially overtaken Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour to claim the title of the most-attended concert tour in history. The British band’s Music of the Spheres World Tour has now welcomed over 10.3 million fans, surpassing Swift’s 10.1 million attendees, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
This milestone was achieved following a string of sold-out performances in New Zealand, cementing Coldplay’s place in history. Known for their immersive live shows and eco-conscious touring practices, the band has strategically played high-capacity stadiums and maintained an extensive global schedule. With an average of over 58,000 attendees per concert, Coldplay’s tour has surpassed previous record-holders like Ed Sheeran, U2, and Elton John.
