Rap music icon Yoon Byung Ho, better known as Bully Da Ba$tard from High School Rapper 2, is set to release his new single, “Already,” a track he’s been teasing since 2022. Despite serving a seven-year prison sentence for drug use, Yoon has managed to work on the song while incarcerated, drawing attention not only for the release but for his unique process.
According to Yoon’s label, FTW Independent Records, the track was originally recorded before his imprisonment. Afterward, Yoon made collect calls to his family, asking them to record the rap verses he had produced. The audio files will undergo professional post-production before being officially released.
While Yoon has expressed deep remorse for his mistakes and a desire to make a comeback, his future remains uncertain. His continued legal troubles, including another drug-related incident while in prison, have left many Korean hip-hop fans questioning his future in the industry.
