LANCO is back with their highly anticipated sophomore album, We’re Gonna Make It, released via Riser House Records. This marks the band’s first full-length project since their 2018 debut, Hallelujah Nights. The 14-track album delivers a raw and authentic dose of emotion, offering a powerful comeback for the group.
Lead vocalist Brandon Lancaster revealed that the themes of reflection, nostalgia, and resilience naturally emerged during the writing process. While the album’s honesty was not planned, it came together organically as the band explored personal experiences and challenges. Lancaster explained that the title track, recorded later in the process, tied everything together, symbolizing the enduring thread of hope and perseverance that runs through the album. From “Low Class Lovers” to “Honey I Lost My Job Today,” each song reflects the shared journey of overcoming struggles with the support of a loved one.
