British rock outfit OVERSIZE has shared a new track, “Vacant,” as the final preview of their highly anticipated debut album Vital Signs, set for release on February 28 through SharpTone Records.
“Vacant” explores themes of disconnection and emotional isolation, with lyrics delving into the ease of becoming complacent in relationships and the struggles of failing to communicate openly with those around you. The band describes the song as one of their favorites to perform live, having already included it in their pre-release setlist.
“Vacant” has garnered attention from key figures in the UK music scene, earning praise from BBC Radio 1’s Dan P Carter, Alyx Holcombe, and Jack Saunders. OVERSIZE has rapidly made a name for themselves, performing at events like Outbreak Festival and supporting acts such as Militarie Gun, Higher Power, Fiddlehead, and Boston Manor.
Fans can expect more from the rising band when Vital Signs drops later this month.
