The 2025 Morgan County Fair is set to feature some of country music’s most exciting rising stars and established names, with Warren Zeiders headlining the event on July 12. Zeiders, known for his chart-topping hit “Pretty Little Poison” from his 2023 album of the same name, will bring his dynamic performance to the stage.
“Pretty Little Poison,” which became the second single from the album to chart, has resonated deeply with fans. Zeiders described the song as his favorite to write, explaining that it reflects the struggle between love and toxicity. “Like a moth to a flame, this song is about being led into temptation—choosing something or someone that we ultimately know will hurt us in the end,” he shared.
Zeiders’ journey to stardom began as a business major at Frostburg State University in Maryland. He gained attention by posting cover songs on TikTok, and his 2021 original track “Ride the Lightning” has since amassed over 500 million views. The singer-songwriter recently released “Can a Heart Take” and announced his upcoming album, Relapse, Lies and Betrayal, set to drop on March 14.
The night’s opening act will feature Kolby Cooper, a rising star with a blend of classic country and alternative rock influences. Cooper began playing guitar at 12 and quickly made a name for himself in local talent competitions. His debut song “Every Single Kiss” was recorded just months after his high school graduation, and he released his first EP, Vol. 1, in 2018.
In addition to Zeiders, country music star Dustin Lynch will also perform at the fair, making it a can’t-miss event for country music fans.
