Kai Tak Sports Park successfully hosted 180,000 people over the past four days, with both local and international attendees enjoying a celebration of rock and K-pop music.

The event included a four-day solo concert series by Cantopop star Nicholas Tse, which ended on April 27, and a K-pop concert on April 26 at the Kai Tak Arena.

The park’s management highlighted the event as proof of its strong event planning and crowd management skills. It has provided a top-notch platform for world-class performances that met the expectations of both performers and fans.

Kai Tak Sports Park made the most of its two venues, carefully timed entry and exit schedules, and adjusted facilities and access plans. Effective crowd control allowed for smooth operations during the simultaneous large-scale events.

The park also ensured attendees could leave using public transport within 45 minutes of the event’s end.

John Sharkey, CEO of the park, said it is committed to offering the best experience for all visitors, whether attending a concert, sports event, or other major gathering.

Next month, the park will host more large-scale events, including concerts by Taiwanese rock band Mayday and singer JJ Lin.
