SINGAPORE — The popular K-pop girl group Blackpink will hold two concerts at the National Stadium in November. This is part of their much-awaited Deadline world tour.
LiveNation, the event promoter, confirmed on May 27 that Blackpink will perform on November 29 and 30.
Ticket sales will begin with Weverse presales on June 10 at 11 a.m., followed by Visa Infinite presales on June 11 at 11 a.m. General ticket sales will start on June 13 at 11 a.m. Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster.
Earlier this year, when the tour dates and venues were first announced in February, Singapore was not listed as a stop. Many fans, known as “Blinks,” expressed excitement upon hearing the new announcement.
Jasmine Tok, a 25-year-old master’s student, said she hopes to attend both concerts. “I’m very excited about this news! I’m ready to fight for tickets. If Blackpink wasn’t coming to Singapore, I was prepared to fly to South Korea,” she said.
Jasmine is a dedicated fan. She recently flew to California to watch Lisa and Jennie perform solo at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April. She even waited nearly five hours to be in the front row for Jennie’s performance.
Another fan, 27-year-old Wenhao Tan, who attended Blackpink’s Singapore concerts in 2019 and 2023, said, “I used to feel jealous when my friends went to Lady Gaga’s concerts. Now, I’m happy that Blackpink is performing near me!”
The Deadline world tour will begin in South Korea with two shows at Goyang Stadium on July 5 and 6. Then, Blackpink will perform in several North American cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and New York. In Los Angeles, they will perform at the large SoFi Stadium, which can hold 70,000 people.
After North America, the group will tour Europe, playing in cities like Paris, Milan, Barcelona, and London. The tour will conclude in Tokyo with three shows from January 16 to 18, 2026.
Blackpink will also perform in other Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, and Taiwan.
This will be Blackpink’s first world tour since their Born Pink tour, which ran from October 2022 to September 2023. That tour included two nights at Singapore’s National Stadium, where they played to crowds of 50,000 fans each night. The group also performed at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2019.
Although Blackpink has not released a new group album since Born Pink in 2022, member Rose recently told the American magazine The Cut that the group is working on new music.
In the meantime, the members have been busy with solo projects. Jisoo appeared at a pop-up concept store for her solo mini-album Amortage in March. Lisa held a fan meeting in Singapore last November.
