MOWS to Hold Second Annual Gone Country Music Fest

by Patria

Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County will hold its second annual Gone Country Music Fest on July 19 at Tate Farms in Rockwall.

The event supports the organization’s Senior Life Center Capital Campaign, which raises funds to build a new center.

This year’s festival will feature Billie Jo Jones as the headliner. She was recently named Female Vocalist of the Year at the Texas Regional Radio Awards. Other performers include Texas artists Nate Burnham, Matt Fisher, Johnny Lyons, and Austin Valladarez.

Guests can enjoy live music, barbecue from popular Texas caterer Eddie Deen, vendor booths, raffles, a cash bar, and more.

The festival will take place at Tate Farms, a working horse and cattle ranch located at 12992 Farm-to-Market Road 548. Doors open at 6 p.m.

All proceeds will help develop the Senior Life Center. The center will provide wellness programs, resources, and community support for the growing senior and disabled population in Rockwall County.
