Stray Kids has achieved another milestone in the United States, earning a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for their 2022 mini album MAXIDENT. The album has now sold over 500,000 units in the U.S., making it their fourth album to reach this prestigious mark.
With MAXIDENT joining ★★★★★ (5-STAR), ROCK-STAR, and ATE in the gold-certified ranks, Stray Kids now has a total of eight RIAA gold certifications, including those for their hit singles “God’s Menu,” “MANIAC,” “Back Door,” and “Thunderous.”
This achievement ties Stray Kids with BTS for the most RIAA gold certifications by any K-pop group, with both acts having four albums certified gold in the United States. Congratulations to Stray Kids on this remarkable achievement!
