Country music star Zac Brown has listed his picturesque lake house near Atlanta for $3.25 million. The decision comes amid a high-profile divorce.
In a video shared by real estate agent Katie McGuirk of Ansley Christie’s International Real Estate, Brown expressed mixed emotions about the sale. “This has been an incredible home for me and my family,” said the singer of “Homegrown.” He described the property’s blend of proximity to Atlanta with a sense of seclusion as ideal. “It’s sad to let it go, but I’m excited for new memories to fill up the place.”
Brown purchased the home in 2020 for $1.8 million.
